Yesterday, August 2, marked Hunter and I's 1 year wedding anniversary. This year has flown by! It really feels like yesterday when Hunter and I got married. They say the next five years go by even faster so I'm hoping to make every moment count! We had a great weekend celebrating. Hunter surprised me with a trip to Atlanta for a nice out on the town. We got there early so we could go shopping-he was being very good to me! Hunter is not a shopper, and he especially doesn't like Lennox Mall because it is way too crowded for his liking. He was sweet enough to take me, and he happily followed me around from store to store. We then went to our hotel to take a little nap, and then we headed to dinner at Bones steak house. It was fabulous! It was the best fillet mignon I have ever had. The dessert was probably even better. We shared a piece of homemade pecan pie with a side of ice cream. We decided that the next time we go to Atlanta we are going to go there for a drink and some pecan pie! It was so nice to get out of town with my husband and just be with him. We didn't use our cell phones at all, and gave each other our total attention. It was nice to spend quality time with him away from everything! I am so lucky to have him as my husband. He is so caring and patient with me. I can't wait for our future together! This is the night we got engaged..Tuesday, December 4, 2007

Bones is fabulous! Dax and I celebrated our 2nd anniversary there! Congrats and Best wishes for many happy years together
I am cracking up! We too went to Bones for our 2nd anniversary because Holly had told us how great it was and it was amazing!!! We only went for the day since Atlanta wasn't far from Auburn, so the only stop we made other than dinner was to IKEA. Oh goodness...I had never been and was couse all dressed cute for dinner (in heels). We got lost in there and couldn't find the exit so we just sat and had a snack, mainly so my feet could rest :) Happy Anniversary-it only gets better (if you can believe that)!
Happy anniversary, Guys! It does feel like this year has gone by fast! It sounds like yall had a great weekend....I wish I could hear about it on the phone (ANSWER YOUR PHONE!) Hunter was very sweet to surprise you, and it sounds like yall had such an awesome day! I agree with Brooke... It totally gets better and better!
